TERMINAL 2 PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Collect your luggage
After passing migration, collect your luggage and proceed through customs.
Step 2: Exit through "Authorized Taxis and Transportation"
After customs, please follow the signs for "Authorized Taxis and Transportation."
Important
Ignore transportation vendors, timeshare representatives and anyone offering unsolicited assistance. They are not affiliated with Royal Pickup
If you need any assistance with your transportation, please contact Royal Pickup directly.
Please do not rely on information from taxi drivers or unauthorized transportation representatives regarding your Royal Pickup reservation. They are not affiliated with Royal Pickup and do not have access to your booking information.
In some cases, they may claim that they have contacted Royal Pickup on your behalf or tell you to take a taxi and that Royal Pickup will reimburse the fare afterward. This is not true.
Royal Pickup will never ask you to take another taxi and request reimbursement later.
To protect yourself from misleading information or unexpected charges:
- Do not allow anyone else to contact Royal Pickup on your behalf.
- Do not show your reservation information to unauthorized representatives.
- Do not take another transportation service unless instructed directly by Royal Pickup.
- If you cannot find us, please contact Royal Pickup directly and we will gladly assist you.
When in doubt, stay in the authorized transportation area and contact us directly. Our team is here to assist you. 👑
Step 3: Proceed to the Royal Pickup meeting point
After clearing customs, exit the terminal through “Authorized Taxis and Transportation.” Once outside, your Royal Pickup representative will be waiting for you next to The Welcome Bar. Look for the Royal Pickup logo and/or a sign with the lead passenger’s name.
